We need people with lots of experience and a clear vision of where their skills and knowledge can take them.

You should:

• Have at least a 2:2 degree or equivalent
• Be able to demonstrate strong project management skills and experience, gained by leading complex (and multiple) projects
• Be able to demonstrate resource management experience and responsibility for managing teams of people
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to make decisions and manage complex situations autonomously
• Have substantial management experience
• Have substantial experience of managing and delivering to large budgets
• Have passion and work ethos culturally aligned to NHS
• Have integrity, commitment and energy
• Always retain a patient approach in the drive to improve the service
• Have the ability to work within a highly diverse organisation
